That’s why we created our Behavior Change Lab – a space where industry experts can come together to look deeply into complex issues and test new ideas. From redesigning education modules curriculum to writing TV commercials, our Lab is a hub where strategies, prototypes, and big ideas are born.
All new projects undergo “Lab Time” with a project-specific team of leading industry experts.
For example, suppose a local health centre has very few female patients. A standard advertising strategy would select the media most likely to attract female patients e.g. TV commercials, posters, radio, and print advertisements. Our creative department would do this too, but in addition, our Behavior Change Lab would collaborate with health centre staff and gender specialists to examine why women don’t want to use the health center. This holistic approach could lead us to redesign the health center administration process, the waiting room environment, staff procedures, and/or other details that would improve a female patient’s experience.
