Whether we host a lab session at our studio in Cambodia or on location in another country, all our projects begin in our Lab. We start by deeply examining our target market – from their values, attitudes, interests, and lifestyles (psychographics) to their home environment, and their hopes and dreams.
To gain these insights, we call on local and global industry experts, ranging from economists, social workers and educators, to midwives and village chiefs. Our Lab brings together the best minds available to create behavior change strategies, prototypes, and creative solutions.
CONSUMER RESEARCH AND INSIGHTS
Our Lab process ensures that all solutions are market tested in the field with prototypes before being used with the target market. This saves time and money and reduces the risk of a campaign or product failure.
After prototype testing, we come back to our Lab and review lessons learned. Often, this leads to insights that can transform a good idea into a remarkable one. Occasionally, we discover that our initial idea has failed, and then we create more prototypes until we find the winning solution – one we are confident will trigger behavior change.
